Corporate Governance
About Peak > Corporate Governance
Peak is committed to achieving and maintaining corporate governance practices that ensure the interests of our shareholders and stakeholders are protected. This commitment extends beyond merely complying with a code of conduct and is the cornerstone of how we conduct our business.

Peak’s Board of Directors and Audit Committee have established mandates that provide a foundation from which they and Peak’s senior management have built and direct the Company’s governance practices. These documents, in conjunction with our Code of Conduct, provide for effective and ongoing stewardship of Peak.

As successful governance is not static, Peak will remain vigilant on changes to best practices and, as warranted, will evolve its practices to meet those changes.
