Peak DE-1000 FHD centrifuges are designed for variable feed rates using a 50 HP explosion-proof hydrostatic pump. A mechanical back drive and gearbox are not required for this unit, reducing vibration and system complexity.

DE-1000 centrifuges feature multiple-point safety systems. To offset excessive torque, for example, the feed pump temporarily shuts off, and conveyor speed increases to clear solids. Automatic shutdown also occurs if the unit is overloaded. Hydraulic pressure relief valves and temperature switches further protect DE-1000 centrifuge from damage and costly downtime. A reversible conveyer feed nozzle adds adaptability and the unit’s self-cleaning on run down adds convenience.

Durability is enhanced in high wear areas by stelite wear inserts, high-strength stainless steel on rotating assembly components and tungsten carbide tiles along the entire conveyor length.

The straight forward control panel includes speed controls for the bowl, tachometer, flow meter and pressure gauges.
