Peak’s Hot Oiler trucks provide a cost efficient solution to down hole wax and asphaltine problems in the oil and gas process systems. The 3.5 million BTU burner equipped with a 5000PSI gardener Denver pump allows the adjustment of pressure and flow rates without the risk of damaging the well or the flow line. With two compartment tanks, a Bowie transfer pump and a 3 inch centrifugal pump, these unique vehicles are capable of pumping acid and production chemicals and circulating de-high towers with caustic soda.

 

The Hot Oil units are capable of providing heat for 24 hours before re-fueling is required, and they are equipped with Murphy emergency shut down switches to ensure that the coils in the burner aren’t overheated.
